My belated sympathy and condolences at Lloyd’s passing. I talked to Lloyd nearly daily when the Oilers had their Training Camp in Kerrville and had followed SWC Football closely prior to that. We were a Baylor Family. I went out to the 2-a day practices at what is now Schreiner University nearly every day and would talk to Lloyd before or after practice and would frequently see he and some of the other players at the only local hang out, the Bowling Alley, in the evenings.
