Not sure what to say?

While at NIMH, Lucy was my mentor and colleague in developing occupational mental health programs for Federal employees. She was a joy to work with. I remember her fondly and thankfully and know she will be missed.
Gustave Weiland, M.D.

I first met Lucy in October 1989 when I started working with the HCFA contract that she was one of a group of very active psychiatric consultants. She was a ball of fire, sharp as a tack, and fascinating to be around. We stayed in touch over the years, she even took me to my first service at her synagogue. She seemed to know everyone! Esther's daughter

Lucy was my colleague and friend at NIMH and after, in retirement. She made substantial contributions to the U.S. in promoting community based treatment of persons with mental illness, In addition, she was quite a character, generating so many amusing stories. And of course, she set a high standard for living life to the fullest, up to 103 years of age. Truly, a well-lived life. (Dr.) Gloria Levin

You will be missed.
