Not sure what to say?

Nine years ago tonight, I was hanging out with my lifelong friend, Luke Johnson. I had been fighting with my ex wife. Like I often did at that time, the first person I called was Luke. We hung out like we always did - smoked some good green, talked about life - our families, girlfriends, mutual friends, and ourselves. It never mattered what I was going through, when I saw Luke - it was guaranteed that he would have my frown turned upside down, and I would laugh so hard I would need to...

Luke is in heaven with Jesus right now. He is at peace. To Luke's family, I'm sorry for not offering my Condolences sooner. I just found out about this today. I guess we've all drifted apart over the years. My prayers are with all of you.

I read somewhere that they had hoped people told you the nice things while you were still with us so that the first time you heard it wouldn't be on the other side. I hope that was the case, too. You were a real,...

I remember Luke from when my son, Adam Briest, played soccer with him. Such a wonderful young man. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends through this time. May God grant you an extra measure of His grace.
