Not sure what to say?

Dearest "family,"
I was devastated to learn of Lynda's passing and want you to know how much you are in my thoughts and prayers! I will cherish the closeness and love that we all shared at Robinson and beyond! She was such a exceptional lady and so proud of her family. She was always willing to share whatever she had with love and caring. The Lord will sure see that she is taken care of. Suzanne and Lorraine are keeping you close in heart as well. Here's wishing that your...

Dear Matt, Julie and Bobby ... and Frank ... I just heard of Lynda's passing. I remember some fun time many years ago at the home off Robinson Church Rd. Walt was a good friend and mentor for me as a young faculty member at UNCC. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

Dear Matt,

I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. It's been a long time, but I still remember our adopt-a-highway pick-ups along y'all's road and adjourning to your house afterwards for a dip in (and around) the pool. I've let the rest of the older Hornet crew know. Several of us have also lost parents since we saw you last. Just remember your mother will always live in your memories and in your heart.

Dear Frank, Matt, Julie, and Bob,

David and I send our love and prayers during this most difficult time.

We will always remember Lynda's spirit and hospitality. She made us so welcome in your home. We loved all the fun and the musical concerts you guys provided on Christmas nights.

Thinking of you all,

David and Susan Jones, Allison and Philip

To Lynda's family,
I, too, am a high school friend of Lynda's and remember her fondly as a BU High majorette and friend. I remember how lucky I thought she was to live just across the street from the high school. It warms my heart to read all of the nice comments about her in her later life as a mother, grandmother and active church member and volunteer. She must have been such a strong person to rear her family following the loss of her first husband in that horrific plane crash. I...

To Lynda's family:

I am so sorry to hear of Lynda's passing. I went to high school with her and shared many good times in Rainbow and band trips. She was a good friend and I have many fond memories. You are in my prayers.

Julia, Bob, & Matt

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I spent many hours in high school and college sitting at the kitchen table with your mom and at the beach house. These are fond memories that often make me smile. I wish nothing but the best for all of you.

Julie,Matt, and Bobby:
My heart is saddened by this news. Although years have gone by and we haven't seen each other, I still think of all of you as "my other family in Charlotte". I will miss "Mom" but know that she is truly at peace. Her memory will always be alive in my heart and thoughts. There has never been a more generous, caring, loving "mom". Thank you for sharing her with me and my brother while I was there. Truly an unforgettable woman. I still...

To the family of Lynda
We wish to send our love and sympathy to you. Lynda and I went to high school together and I considered her one of my best friends. We had lots of fun times together. May God bless all of you.
