We met Lynette while I was serving at Ft. Carson Co and we were members of the Falcon Wanderers walking club. A terrific lady and tireless advocate for America's Walking Club! She will be missed.

I worked with Lynette at the Health Department and found her to be a tremendous friend and colleague. I am very grateful for having served alongside her and I wish her friends and family well.

I was one of many who had the benefit of Lynette's enthusiasm and selfless planning for her Saturday hikes. She introduced many, I'm sure, to trails exposing us to the variety and beauty of our area. Though I only got to go on a few hikes, I got to be even more amazed by Lynette as I learned of her many interests and activities---the local arts scene, travel, her volunteer role in one of our low income schools--reading with the kids and organizing walks in that community. Lynette was an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was a dedicated volunteer who helped with the Altar Linens, setting up the Church for Mass, led the Rosary and also was a Lector. She was always willing to help wherever needed. She will be missed.
