Lynn was the neighbor everyone would like to have. Everyone in Queens Lake, Va., owes him a huge debt of thanks. Not only did he eradicate an eyesore of a house and propery, transforming it into a showplace, but he put his enormous energies, talents and diligence to work on behalf of everyone here, to find solutions for the problematic water quality of our lake and also to protect us from the influx of noise, pollution and detritus from the ongoing highway expansion.
