Not sure what to say?

I realize this message comes late, but I came across Judge Sabraws obituary and wanted to express my condolences, but to also say what a fine person he was, and that his legacy is rich with stories, Im sure. In 1975, he approved the step-parent adoption of my 4-year-old son by my new husband. My son has turned into a wonderful man. He and Judge Sabraw shared their cowboy boot stories while in chambers. We will always be thankful to him.

my late husband Carmon Leader was a first cousin of Mody's. I just found this obit on line. to the family, I am sorry for this great loss. Sharon Leader, Sweet Home, Oregon

Scout the way ahead, old friend - we'll catch up with you down the trail.

We will miss you Mody. I will always cherish the memories of summers and weekends at Clear Lake with you and the Sabraw family. Thank you for your kindness and wisdom, and for your friendship with my parents and family. God be with you, my friend.

We will miss you Mody, you were a great guy! I will always remember your intellect, wit, individualistic yet caring demeanor. A rare & inspiring combination.
