To Joan, Lorraine and Cheryl.
I grew up in North Park district in the 60s and 70s and you lived just a few blocks from my home. Joan, you and I went through school together. Lorraine, I knew you in Dalmeny. I remember coming to your home as a young girl and thinking Just how welcome I felt when I was around your mom. Your Mom was such a wonderful lady, so sweet and kind. I will miss my visits with her, I loved hearing her stories of the times our parents spent together in Ontario and back here. Your Mom's memory was so sharp and she was just a joy to be around.
My sincerest sympathies to all of you. I wish I could attend the celebration of her life, but unfortunately I will be out of town. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I picture our parents together again, sitting around a...
