Maggie Marie Bearden Willliams, 87, of Camden died Saturday, December 2 at Ouachita County Hospital. She was born Sept. 7, 1919 to Mattie Lou Prince Bearden and Jasper Roland Bearden in Adams Chapel, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband William Rance (W.R.) Williams, four brothers Jitter Bearden and wife Edna, Walter Bearden, Henry Edison “Rabbit” Bearden and wife Margie of Camden, Roy Bearden of Locust Bayou and two sisters, Katie Stinnett and husband Alfred and Annie Mae Moore of Camden. She was a homemaker and is survived by three children Mary Ellen Leigh and her husband Russell of Camden, Nelda Morton and husband Jim of Lebanon, IN and one son Robbie Williams and wife Debbie of El Dorado, AR and beloved companion Leonard Crain of Camden. Other survivors are sisters-in-law Ruby Bearden and Helen Bearden and brother-in-law Woodrow Beaver of Camden, six grandchildren, Rusty and Terry Leigh, Mike and John Petsch, Candice Smith and Cindy Morton, seven greatgrandchildren and one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden with interment at Rest Haven Cemetery in El Dorado, AR. The eulogy will be delivered by Brothers Bob Gryder and Johnny Bailey. Visitation will be Monday 5-8 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home. The family will be at the residence of Mary and Russell Leigh, 120 Ouachita 541, Camden.
