Not sure what to say?

Marcia was one of our favorite people --smart, funny, beautiful! She is missed.

Marcia Ingram in 1960

My sincere condolences go out to the family of Marcia incl. her husband Bill. Her passing away last March, I just learned about via her alma mater, Smith College. I knew her in our shared Hanover (NH) High School days, she graduating there in 1962, I in 1960, with both of us living in Norwich, VT and both of us featured in a high school newspaper article about our respective honors-winning science fair projects, the photo from which is attached to this message after scanning from print the...

Dear Bill and family, although we had not seen each other in years, Marcia and I were good friends at a distance. I first met her when she was the Assistant Secretary for Housing in Massachusetts and we bonded immediately. She became similarly close to my husband, Barry White, at ICIC. We were very sad when she got sick and couldn't come visit us in Oslo when Barry was the US Ambassador to Norway, but our emails back and forth (and her wonderful annual letters) kept us together. She was a...

I am filled with sadness. At the tJ Unitarian church, I worked with Marcia on the first Art festival. She exuded energy, creativity, and caring. My name was Husk then (with the 6 kids). I believe my Conrad was Victor's age. My sympathies to you, Bill, and the children.

Dear Bill and Family,
You have our deepest sympathy in the loss of Marcia. Although we knew her in Dunedin only through Sarah and Rich, we were amazed by her compassion, creativity, kindness, and energy. We truly hope your many wonderful memories of Marcia will provide you with some measure of comfort and peace. In sympathy and prayers,
Deb and Terry Mariacher

A wonderful woman and the epitome of a true "Smithie." She will be remembered.

Marcia will live on in the hearts and minds of all those she touched, including us. We will miss her dearly. With love and sympathy, Jennipher, Joe, Cameron and Isabelle xo
