Marcia Joan Romick

Marcia and Jerry were good people who added good things to Fairbanks, from vibes to practical additions in education from K-12 to PhD. I hope their spirits can feel the thanks sent their way from those of us who stayed in the shadow of the Arctic Circle.

I work with Marcia at Hunter Elementary when she was the first Gifted &Talented teacher and I was the first School Counselor in the FNSBSD. I enjoyed a working with Marcia and we spent many hours discussing educational approaches to children of all academic levels. She was a wonderful colleague and friend.

Sending prayers of light and love to all the Romick Family. Memories from my grade school through high school years keep replaying in my mind. Eliel and I had many classes together. As our families had kids of same ages (Eliel, Mark and Mike) we shared many classes and made many memories together.
