I know it is almost 9 years after Marcus' passing and don't know if the family will even read this. I just found out of his passing. My late husband was a very dear friend of Marcus'...and they worked together as well for awhile. Marcus even walked in our wedding and was so supportive when my husband Robert passed. My sincere condolences for such a great loss. He was always laughing. Such a nice man....a such a good friend to my Robert. God Bless.

To the entire Dosal Family
It is with great sorrow that I learned of Mark's passing. I worked with Mark for many years at GTE/Verizon at the Carrollwood work center and he was such a great guy to work with and to know as a person. He always had an upbeat personality and loved to joke around with the guys. Most of all he loved his family very much. He is in God's hand now. God bless all of the family.

To Verdie, and Mark's entire family: We were so shocked and saddened by the news of Mark's passing. My memories of him and the fun we had together are truly the best from high school. Every time I hear the Edgar Winter Group Song "Free Ride", I remember Mark and the sheer "joi de vivre" that emanated from him, such a fun loving spirit, and genuinely nice guy. Good times on the lake skiing with all our friends, Gasparilla parades, our parents together as "pirates" in the Krewe of San't Yago. So many years have passed since then, but these wonderful memories and the happiness felt never fades. I learned of Marcus's sudden passing, today. It has truly saddened me. I have many wonderful memories growing up in the 'neighborhood' and of my 'park' friends, Marcus being one of them.
It is said 'when a friend becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure' and I find this to be true. I will treasure my memories of Marcus.

I knew him as coach mark. A truly amazing man, father, husband, and everything else there was. I am deeply saddened to hear about this. Mark was one of my best employees, ever! He worked for me between 1999/2000 out of the Airport North Work Center at GTE. He was always a can do person, with great customer service skills, and no was not in his vocabulary. He will be missed by everyone he touched! Heaven is richer today with him fixing God's sprinkler systems. RIP my friend!

He took the death of Mark so hard he said it was as bad when i lost my husband to so sudden to a heart attack in his sleep at 55.
