Not sure what to say?

To Maribeth's family. I didn't know Maribeth or anyone in your family, but I wanted you to know how much reading her obituary in the Oregonian affected me.
she sounds like such a lovely person; it was a joy to read.
What a wonderful woman who I'm sure has inspire everyone in your family. I know her story has inspired me to do more good things, to be more kind and caring, to be more accepting of others and give back to the world more than I take. And never stop learning.

The end of a marvelous era. My memories of always being welcome at the Collins house. Soccer in the field with Henry, summer sleep outs with Tim, Terry and other friends will always be the fondest of memories from my childhood. Sad to see the loss of your mom, but the memories will always remain strong.

My sincerest condolences and prayers go out to the Collins family at this difficult time. I remember Mrs. Collins as a warm, open and very caring parent who was able to successfully juggle so many responsibilities in life with a smile on her face. Her kindness and generosity have touched so many; she indeed is a role model for all.

For countless numbers of us, Maribeth reached a pinnacle of Faith-in-Action.Her presence-in-absence [Henri Nouwen's phrase]companions all who knew and loved her, on the rest of our journeys.

My deepest sympathies for your loss. I was a forester for Collins Pine in Chester, CA from 1977 to 1986, and met Maribeth several times when she came to visit the operations. I was always very impressed with her. Gentle, peaceful, but strong. I am so happy for her. She is in the arms of the Lord she loved so much, and who loved her. My best wishes to the famil.
