Marilyn Ruth Givens FORT WORTH -- Marilyn Ruth Givens entered rest Thursday, August 22, 2019. SERVICE: 11 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2019, at East St. Paul, 5300 Oak Grove Road. Burial: 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 2 at DFW National Cemetery. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Givens. SURVIVORS: Son, Billy Dewayne Givens (Cheryl); daughter, Monique Leufray (Roderick); sister, Jonell Jackson; brother, Jefferson Madden (Joann); six grandchildren; one great-grandson; a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Givens was a beautiful woman. She said what she meant and she meant what she said. I truly enjoyed working with her and listening to her wisdom. My condolences to the family, you're in my thoughts and prayers.
