Marilyn was born on March 26, 1945 and passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016. Marilyn was a resident of Kinston, North Carolina at the time of her passing. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday June 16 2016 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Dixon and Pastor Danny Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
I am so sorry about Marilyn . I have known her for years & worked with her at the Baron & Beef for years . She was the sweetest lady & always there to listen to you .She was comical , so funny & very loving . My deepest SYMPATHY goes out to her FAMILY . She will never be forgotten by anyone that knew & loved her .. LYNN KELLY

Ina, Rusty, Kristin, Jared, Charley, Taffy, Matthew and Marion Grace, my heart is broken for all of you. I loved Marilyn! She was a wonderful person and I will cherish the memories of all of our conversations over the past 20 years. There will definitely be a void in all of our lives with this loss. She was just a remarkable woman who will be greatly missed. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
