Mami, Samantha, Nathaniel, and Aunt Pat: One of the truths in life for me has been not getting to spend enough time with loved ones. That is certainly the case with Mark. Until 1973 I probably had only seen him one time, at Grandpa Malone's funeral in 1964.. I got to spend a month with him back in '73. I am thankful for that time as I felt I got to know him fairly well. I remember him as a quiet and thoughtful boy, and we had a great time during that month of August. Trips to Disneyland and the ocean, chores around home; we spent many hours chatting. Then, in the mid-90's my family and I met Mami and Mark when we flew to LA. Then a brief visit in Minnesota in the late '90s.There never is enough time to spend with loved ones. Kris and me are keeping each of you in our prayers. Kris and Mike Wavrin

My heart shattered when I heard the bad news. Mark is one of the nicest person I've ever work with. He is quite but he has a good sense of humor when we joke around with other co-workers. We will miss him. Rest in peace Mark.

It is with great fondness that I remember Mark, and the time we spent with him, Mami, Pat, and Harley back in the 90s. He will be missed. I send my sincerest condolences to his family during this difficult time.
