In the early 1980's, the Florida State League was the only league in professional baseball where both the storied affiliates of the Dodgers and Yankees met. Not only in the same league,but the same division.
We in Vero Beach have vivid memories of that Yankee Dodger rivalry and appreciated the class and sportmanship that Mark brought to the games and league during those years.
A salute to a fine baseball man from all of us here.

The Florida State League mourns the passing of Mark and he leaves us many happy memories. He was a mainstay in the League for many years and a valuable member. Our prayers go out to the family and we will keep them in our prayers.
