Not sure what to say?

Sister Baldrey--Thanks for your kind words. We tried to call you but don't have your new number. Please get in touch with Jeff or me to let us know how to reach you. xxxooo

Dear Cindy & Jeff. What can I say about " Mother Berry"? The Berry house was a refuge to many of us teenagers. As an adult more than a dear friend. You could talk to her about everything and anything. One day hoping to see her, Bobby and "Father Berry" again.

Dear Cynthia, David and family,

Please accept our deepest condolences. Martha was the highlight of many evenings at Cynthia and David’s home when she visited. Always charming, funny, entertaining and enthusiastic about the time we spent together. Cynthia, your mom loved you immensely and thank you for sharing her with us. Martha always called us her “boys” and we share your grief.

Jeff, Cindy & family - I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a treasure and a joy to those of us who remember her from Elwood in East Cleveland. In the 1960’s girls had to take sewing - a skill I couldn’t master. I was still “cutting out” my pattern while the other girls were “hemming”. The project was due on Monday & I panicked. I bundled up the pieces of what was supposed to be an A-line skirt and brought them home. Martha to the rescue!! Your mother finished the skirt for me...

She was a marvelous person, my memory of us running races with her when I was 8 years old and I’m pretty sure won. How her handicap never got in the way of anything. She always had a smile and that’s the way I will always see her. Rest In Peace ,see you on the other side. Love you My deepest condolences to Jeff and Cindy and family.

I have many fond childhood memories of Mrs Martha Berry and her Husband Dewey. There Youngest Son, Bob and I were friends in high school. They welcomed me into their home and it was always a safe haven for me. Many a fun sleepover during the summer. She was a Awesome Women, Mother and friend to me. My deepest condolences to Jeff, Cindy and their families. Praying for you all
