Not sure what to say?

What can I say about Marty, so many fond memories but what always comes to mind is the smile. No matter if I was down or just having a bad day, there he was trying his best to make me laugh. If I had to pick one memory it would always have to be his smile and kind heart. We all miss you Marty.

Marty and I went to school together at St. James the Less. Marty was always popular because he was a really nice guy. He was easy to talk with and made friends easily. He will be missed by those who knew him.

I'll remember him and his family in my prayers.

So sorry to hear about Mr Petruzzi. I always enjoyed talking to him at the VA. He always stopped by my desk to say hi. My condolences.

Frank and Wanda we are so sorry to hear about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. We are sorry we couldn't attend the service, but know our heart goes out to you all and are here if you need us. Love, Tom & Teresa Sanfillipo

I extend sincere condolences for all of the members of our family and for those blessed to have known my great-uncle Marty. He was a wonderful man who was kind and welcoming to everyone who stepped into their home. I send my love and prayers.

My Uncle Marty was so kind and loving and the Petruzzi household was always a gathering place. My prayers and sympathies to Aunt Phyllis and all the kids and their families. Our hearts are forever touched by Uncle Marty and his hugs will be sadly missed. Find comfort that he is at peace now.

To the Petruzzi Family

On behalf of the Saint Francis DeSales High School family please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss. Our school community has been enriched by your family. May Christ love be present through your family and friends during this difficult time.
May Marty find his eternal rest in Paradise with our Lord and may perpetual Light shine upon him.

To Marty's family we wish to express our deepest sympathy. Lots of great memories of Marty from St. James the Less and Linden-McKinley. Marty will surely be missed by all.

May he rest in peace~

I was greatly sadden to hear Marty wouldn't make it to our 50th. We had many fun times at Linden and I cherished the fun and his humor when I was trying to tutor him on a class he just disliked. He would fight it but he passed. I'll never forget the grin on his face when he showed me his B. He acted tough on the outside but a loving marshmallow on the inside. My prayers to the family. He's in a better place.
