I am saddened to have recently learned of Marv's passing. He was a successful family man, businessman and entreperneur. I had enjoyed our many medical device telephone discussions about medical technology and IPO opportunities, including my association with Cardiodyne.

My most sincerest (and I do mean sincerest) condolences to the family of Marv. Yes, he was an excellent business person but down deep he was a real gentleman and a real mensch. He was excellent to do business with but also someone you could talk to and he really had a heart. Yes it is obvious that I liked him in all aspects of life.
