Rick and Frieda were friends who lived in the garage apartment behind me when they were students at the University of Texas. They were wonderful people. I was saddened to learn of Rick's passing just this morning. Frieda, I am so sorry. Please take good care of yourself during this sad time. I am wishing you all the best. Although we have been out of touch for years, I still have very fond memories of Rick and you.
