Marvin was my hero, and guidepost:
Hard to explain how Marvin was a mainstay for so many VIP visits to Cincy. To me humbling to have as a driver, he was so sage and helpful. And he became one of my great friends, from a distance. We connected every now and again. I miss him so. And will ever treasure the memories. A truly great man. I'm not worthy to have known him, but will be ever grateful and striving for it.
Very Respectfully,
Luke Knittig

It wasn't just his stories (memories), but the manner in which he told them. With his soft spoken words and mannerisms, he would draw you in and hold your attention, while he recalled a significant timeline in his life. Marvin lived a full life and was loved and admired by many and he will be greatly missed. Heaven has won an Oscar in the name...
