Not sure what to say?

David,

Olive was a wonderful Godmother to me and for that I am ever thankful. She certainly touched innumerable lives during her earthly journey. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Damon/McFall family and especially you, Susan, Julia and Davey.

God bless you all,

Dear Damon Family,
I commend and honor you all for your love and constant support for your dear Olive.
The moment I met Olive Damon I felt a connection and knew I would always adore her. I,too, am a native of Alabama and we spoke the same language; although she spoke it far more eloquently than I with her beautiful, southern accent. She spent her life giving to others and encouraging young people to believe in themselves and to strive for success. She was always positive, very wise...

My heartfelt condolences to the Damon/McFall family - I have not had the pleasure of seeing any of the Damons in over 43 years but have very fond memories of growing up at Holy Nativity in the 60s and you were a huge part of my formative years. I know that you miss Olive and you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to the entire Damon family.
Olive was a special lady whose care and concern for her students was evidenced each day. I know those students who needed an angel received one in Olive.

Dear Dave,

I only learned of Olive's death today when Mike called and I was very saddened. The two of you had such a long and devoted relationship, and I hope you will cherish the memories you have in the days to come. Olive certainly led a brave fight over the last years and always seemed to be positive. May you Dave feel God's peace amd comfort at this difficult time.

God bless you,
Nancy Boss

I wanted to extend my deepest sympathy to the Damon family. I loved going to your home as a high school student with David. How I would admire Mrs. Damon's art and her love for art. What a wonderful family! My prayers will be with the family during this time. God bless you all.

What a lovely history of Olive's life. She was a wonderful friend and sister of Alpha Delta Kappa, Beta Chapter. In honor of her dedication to her students, ADK will be sending a contribution to the Alpha Delta Kappa Scholarship House on the campus of Florida State University.

May God bless you, Olive

Your Sisters of ADK,BETA Chapter

I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the Damon family. Mrs. Damon was my fourth grade teacher at Holy Nativity Espicopal Day School, and Dr. Damon was our priest at church and at school. I have very strong memories of my fourth grade year, and Mrs. Damon was a very good teacher. Most of my memories are related to art; as a child I did not appreciate the passion she had for art, but it left an indelible impression on me. I hope this gives the Damon family some comfort to know...
