Not sure what to say?

Danny and Suzanne, I had no idea your Mom passed away until my sister Sandi called me (from Florida) today. I cannot tell you how sad it made me to hear this news. I always loved both your mother and father and I was devastated to hear of your Mom's passing. I will never forget all of the card nights we all would have with Mary and Jimmie and Cheryl and Karen. There couldn't have been a more wonderful place to grow up than Francis Avenue! Please know that both of your parents will always...

Dear Danny and Suzanne, I just found out today about your Mom. I was very sad to hear this news. She and my mom were such good friends, and everytime I went home to visit my parents, I would go down for our visit and have a cup of coffee. I will truly miss those times. RIP Mary, Love, Sandi Carta Pomeroy - Punta Gorda, FL

My deepest sympathy Danny. Your mom always had a big smile for everyone. I remember fondly the pots of delicious spaghetti sauce your mom would have on the stove all day long. I'll never forget when she and your dad invited me to ride along with you to look at colleges. Your mom was so very thoughtful. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dan and family -

My thoughts and prayers are with you regarding the passing of Mrs. D.

As one whose youthful indiscretions were occasionally frowned upon by faculty members, I have fond recollections of her. Approaching the office, I was always grateful that she would be the first person I would be encountering.

Her warm, friendly, and totally non-judgmental demeanor was perfectly suited for dealing with adolescents.

My condolences Danny, I do remember your mom fondly, as she and I spoke often as I sat in the "principles office". I do remember running into her many years ago and she did remember me. Blessings to you and the family

To Mrs. D's Family,
We will always remember the kindness and care Mrs. D showed to us during our Woodrow Wilson days. May the good Lord be with the family at such a time as this.

Danny and family, just thinking of your Mom brings a smile. She constantly bailed me out of trouble (yes, no one ever knew I got into any --largely because of her!). She was very kind and sensitive to others, and took care of us who needed it! One time I was in charge of decorating for the prom; this required some helpers. I was discreetly supplied with a pass-pad to enable this (imagine a naïve senior with a pass pad), and was inveigled by a few less naïve, although moderately helpful,...

To Mary's Family: I'm so sorry to hear about Mary's passing. I grew up in her parents' home on Erin Street and they were like family to us. We shared many wonderful times with Mary, Sari and Mr. & Mrs. Conti at their place in Westbrook and Mary was the loveliest woman to know. May you find comfort in beautiful memories and know she's at peace with the Angels and her loved ones in Heaven.
With depest sympathy,

Dear Danny and Suzanne and your entire family,
I have memories of your Mom from the time you and I were 5 years old Danny. She was always smiling and warm and each day in High School we would greet each other. Some days our senior year she would tell me that some kids had skipped to go to the beach the previous day and did I know who was in the group. I always felt a bit guilty because I was in the group!! My Mom and Dad always liked Mary and had some lovely things to day about both of...
