Not sure what to say?

Ed Franklin, "Little Oscar", Mary Gibson, Frenchy Benoit at Yellow Front Store, Momence, IL

My condolences to Mary's family members and friends. I remember her as a really nice lady who worked at my Dad's (Frenchy Benoit) grocery store when I was a child. I have a really great old photo of her with Dad, Ed Franklin, and "Little Oscar" in the store. If anyone would like a copy, let me know through email. Mimi (Benoit) Halperin

Mary was mt great aunt. It had been a long time since I visited her in Momence but recently in the past couple of years I kept in contact via the phone. She was a great person and will be greatly missed.

I worked with Mary many years at Baker and Taylor was a great friend

I have known Mary Gibson all my life. My parents, Sarah and Clarence Gilbert bought their house on S Maple St. from Edith Gibson, Mary's mother in about 1952.I remember when Mary worked at Frenchie's grocery/meat market on Washington Street in the fifties. She was a wonderful person. It is fabulous that she had such a good and long life. May she rest in peace. Betty Gilbert Dionne
