Read MoreJust discovered this notice long after. Mary was my second Mom when we lived at 18 Carlisle Place. She often looked after me when my folks were at work. She was a wonderful person and her home was always a warm and welcoming place. Bob & Mary were great friends with my folks and we missed them dearly when we moved in 1959. All the best to Roberta and her family.

When I was growing up, Mary always treated me like she was my mother.
Her beautiful smile welcomed everyone, like they were the most important person in the world. She was one of the kindest and sweetest persons I've ever known.
I'll miss stopping by 112 Carlisle to say hello to her.
