Mary Elizabeth Massey

I remember Mrs. Massey from typing class at Vintage. My friend and I used to type notes to each other, and she'd always catch us and mildly warn us to stick to the lesson. I ended up going to court reporting school and typing over 200 words a min (on a steno machine), so obviously she was an outstanding teacher and did her job well, despite my 16-year old mind. :-0 Rest in Peace and condolences to the family of this great lady.

I remember Ms Mary Gannon as my Typing & Clothing teacher in Napa High School were she taught...l have wonderful fond memories of her teaching..(1967-1969)... My condolences to to her family...my she rest in peace.. Ms Mary Gatica..

I miss the weekly visit with Mary when we attended Mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Napa. She had a wonderful dry wit. I have known her for many years--since her teaching career at Napa High and Vintage High. She and her "gang" were always so much fun!

My condolences to Mrs. Massey's family. I am sure I am only one of many, many people who remember her fondly as a great teacher, who had a kind way with the students in her classrooms. She did a lot of good and this 15 year old girl, in a 60 year old body thanks her.
