Steve & Family,

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing or your dad. I'm sure he and my dad are partners once again in heaven. I admire the picture of them that I proudly display in my home. God Bless Matty and all of you. What a difficult time to lose a loved one. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

On behalf of The Newark Police Department and The Newark Police Superior Officers' Association we send the Adams' Family our deepest sympathies on the passing of Captain Adams. Although I never had the opportunity to work with Captain Adams I used to speak with Matty about the NPD in the good old days and WW II. He would always call me this this time of year so I could mail him his SOA cards and coffee mug.

Steve, so sorry to hear about dad passing. We'll keep him in our prayers.
