GRAFSTEIN--Max, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Grafstein. Devoted father of Joel and Andree Grafstein, Warren and Shelley Grafstein, Betsy and Mark Burbank. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Katie, Carly and Matthew. He will always be in our hearts....
