Not sure what to say?

I knew Max way back when he lived in Kaitaia , we flew a couple of missions together aka. fishing trips , and shared many stories over a beer or two , RIP Max . [guess I can stop looking for you for a catch up beer ]

RIP Max. Many memories of your time flying Fletchers in Pahiatua for Wanganui Aero Work, your hard work and your humour.Catching up with yourself and Michelle many years later in Northland.

When Jenny and I moved to Warkworth we always admired the immaculately kept farm
just south of our lovely little township. I decided in my midlife crisis that I must have a Harley so bought a Candy Apple Red Heritage bike. On joining the Auckland Chapter
of Harley Owners Group we were asked if we knew Max Donnelly, everybody knows Max.
But No we hadn't had the pleasure. We went on our first Chapter ride to Dargaville.
After being introduced to Max we sat and...

It was by chance that I saw that you had passed away.

Memories of the mid 1980's when you were flying the rescue helicopter out of Mechanics Bay and I worked at Sea Bee Air. Many a coffee had together with yourself, Simon, and myself. You even escorted me to one of the choppers Christmas parties and flew me up to Piha during the summer. As I was at an impressionable age you kept an eye on me and offered fatherly advice when you thought I needed it. Rest in Peace Max

In honour of Max Donnelly.

We have said our final goodbyes to a very special person, a very dear friend, Max.
After a long and bravely fought illness he is now at rest.
Thank you, Max, for the friendship we all shared, the honest relationship we had and the many fond memories that are ours to keep.
Well mate you have beaten the feet for the last time.
Where ever you end up they are in for a hell of a surprise as you were always a doer and I imagine will continue...

So sad to hear of Max passing. Warmest thoughts to his family. We had many happy times at Harley Rally's with Max and Michelle. RIP Max
