To Dottie & the Vogt Family,
Condolences from one who was treated as a son and who feels part of the family. Ci did many things and he did them well. I was lucky enough that he took me along on a lot of the things he did. His memory will be forever loved and cherished.
Love, Frank Roof Family

Ci and Dorothy are the best neighbors that a young couple could ever have. Bud and I bought our first home next to you guys and we couldn't have asked for nicer mentors. Ci there with a bit of advice on fixing something or lending a tool needed for the job. Also some fatherly advice when needed. He was the grandfather my children were cheated out of because my own father had died and Bud's father lived in Arizona. We will miss him and he'll be in our hearts forever.

I grew up living next door to Ci. He was the greatest guy.. I can remember his green Pepper Construction truck and his huge camper van waiting in the driveway for his next hunting trip. He will be missed by many.
