To Mercy's Tribe
I am just finding out through my best friend and college roommate about Mercy. My memories of she, Althea and Dolores make me smile with my heart. Aunt Althea went to live with "Nini, Johnny, "Bubby" aka Jimmy Gleason (who was my dad) and Dolores. I always called them the three musketeers. You will never meet anyone more loving and kind than Mercy.
I am an only child and I was always ready and willing to spend time with all of my cousins from the...

To all of Mercy's family, My most heartfelt condolences on the loss of such a wonderful lady in your life. She was such a dear friend to my Mom ("Dainty" as you guys knew her... you were all the Sisters my Mom never had). Ms. Mercy sure knew how to live life to the fullest, spread happiness wherever she went with her infectious smile/laugh and was so proud of and loved/adored her incredible family. I have nothing but fond memories of her & Mom playing cards, bonco or whatever...

To Mercy's Children,
My condolences on the loss of your mother. She was always kind and welcoming to me in spite of the fact that I was probably a nuisance because of all the time that I spent on your front porch. She was also a great friend to our mother who cared for your mom very much. We will miss her.

Our deepest sympathy to the family. Mrs. Mercedes was a genuine lady in Arabi days. Always enjoyed chatting with her at Arabi Food Store.

May you all be comforted in knowing how much Mercy loved her family and that she is watching over all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren!

Margie and family,
My condolences to you for the loss of your mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother... Prayers for everyone.

I offer my condolences to all of Mercy's family. It was a pleasure to know and enjoy your Mother. I got to join her bonco group when I retired, and we were having so much fun that a second group was formed. Mercy was a lovely person, filled with love of life and happiness, and she will be greatly missed.

Our deepest sympathy to all the family. Though we did not have the pleasure of meeting her in life, we do understand what it is to lose a mother and grandmother and want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
She was an exemplary human being who had a long and wonderful life of service to others.
Keep her close to your heart. She will not be far away.
Love, Ray and Carole.
