Meriel E. Michelson

I occasionally do find the time to look through the obituary section of the Tr--City Herald website. But it's rare that I do find someone there that I once knew of. I'm sure you've heard from scores of others like me, who once had "Mr. Michelson" as their JR. High School Counselor, (1969-72). Certainly I don't like the idea of someone I once knew, dying. But at least it is good to know of just where they are today. The more-often I see another of the many "teachers" I had over the years...

To Hazel and family,

As a former neighbor of the Michelsons I know what a special and kind man Meriel was and how devoted he was to his family. I will always remember seeing Meriel getting ready for his numerous fishing and hunting trips with his boys and the joy he and Hazel shared upon the births of their first grandchildren. We send our deepest sympathy to Hazel, Don, Dean and Julie and their families.
