Mike was a grade school/swimming/diving/high school friend, and neighbor in Toledo. Ray & I got to connect with him again at the Olympics in Atlanta. His warmth, humor,integrity and spirituality were always evident. Our sincere sympathy to his family. May you feel God's love and compassion as you mourn the loss of this ver special man.

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. As a youngster I was always touched by his positive energy and generous spirit. He was a true inspiration to me.

Mike Harron was our neighbor for over 35 years. We liked him very much - everyone did. Years ago at a neighborhood picnic, someone mentioned in reference to Mike when his name came up - "what a great guy!" - a phrase that captures the feeling everyone still has about him today. He was also respected as a high quality individual who cared deeply about his family and faith. While he never talked about it, Mike was a genuine war hero - the real deal.
