Not sure what to say?

Dear Myke,

Never will I forget your sparkling eyes which touched my soul the first time we met, the precious time we spent together during my summer visits to Bordentown, the walks through Bordentown, the planting of flowers in your mom's backyard, nor the touch of your hand the last time I saw you at the rehab in Trenton on my birthday two years ago.
From the first moment on there was some mutual understanding between us which will last forever even though your body has left...

Dear Anne Marie ~ I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your brother Michael. I looked in the yearbook and see that he was in my sister Shirley's class. I haven't talked to her but when I do, I will pass this sad news on to her. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. May he rest in peace. Sincerely, Linda

Sorry about the loss of Myke Mathews. I remember him as a kid as a fun and humorous man who everyone loved especially my dad. He misses him and I'm sure his eulogy showed his feelings about him. I sent a card and love to you and your family.

Sincerely, Mike Hurley Jr.

I remember Mike all the way back to the Saint Mary's days when his mom hosted the girl's BlueBirds meetings right on through to the high school days. God must be in need of smiling angels and now he has one.

Michael & I were close friends back in the Bordentown growing up in the 60's. I will always remember those innocent days with him. His smile, laugh, atheletic abilities and his affect on the girls.

"Semper Fidelis". The Motto of the United States Marine Corps. Latin for always faithful. Faithful to God, Country, Family and the Corps.

Rest in Peace my friend & brother.

Myke, horsing around - great smile
