I was so saddened to hear of Coach Pizzi's passing...I have so many good memories of him coaching me, Alissa and Jill at OLP. Though probably almost 20 years ago, I can recall his scratchy voice and leather jacket/cologne smell as if it were yesterday. But most of all, i remember his constantly encouraging and kind energy. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
