Not sure what to say?

Mike, it's been 11 months. I miss you so much. We shared a wonderful life together. I will always love you. I know you are not suffering. One day we will be together again.

Mike was my teammate on the 62 state champion track team. I borrowed his new Adidas track shoes to win the 440 after he had won the 880. May you rest in peace and thanks for the many memories. Don Wright class of 62

Sending my Sympathy and Condolences to Mike's Family.I knew him well growing up,and so sorry for your loss. "Rest In Peace"

May God be with all of Mike's loved ones and close friends as they grieve the loss of his presence in their lives. I remember him as always being a gentleman, kind to everyone, and a hard worker. We voted him "best looking" in our senior year--no mistake there. Rest in peace, Mike.

I was Mike's classmate and football teammate and remember him so well. He was always quiet and unassuming but was one of the best athletes I have ever seen. He was a gifted wide receiver on a team that did not throw the ball much. In our senior year, he started the rally against our arch rival Staunton by catching a 50 yard pass at the beginning of the second half to bring us back from a 28-0 disastrous first half. I do not believe he was ever beaten in the 880 (half mile) run and I believe...

I recall Mike as being a really nice guy and a fantastic athlete. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends. May God bless and keep you.

To a former classmate and friend. I will always remember the smile and the way you made everyone feel special. Rest in peace my friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mike's family during this difficult time. I remember him being a great athlete at AHS, especially in track. He had been on our prayer chain at church, with updates from his dear friends Betty and Wayne, and we remembered him Sunday as being one of our special Saints. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to Mikes family. I have a vivid memory of Mike's steady pace as he ran well ahead of the competition in the 880 at AHS trach meets
