My deepest and sincere condolences. I'm proud to say that Mike was and will continue to be my friend. He was the type of person who could walk into any room and put a smile on your face and make you laugh. My fondest memory of Mike was when he decided to chase an enormous buffalo, with a stick, in Yellowstone National Park. Mike taught us all to enjoy life in his good-natured ways.
