Not sure what to say?

She was a great teacher to me in middle school at Central. Recently stumbled upon this when wanting to thank her for giving me the courage to be me as I'm now graduating from college. I'm very grateful to have had her as a teacher.

My condolences to the entire family on your loss. God has taken another angle home to prepare a way for us. Dee Easter, NC

I am so heartbroken to hear of Mildred' s untimely passing. I can say without exaggeration that she made me want to be a better person. So many times when I've struggled to do the right thing I've thought to myself would Mildred be proud of this decision? I can't express how grateful I am to have know her and to have had the blessing of her friendship. Thank you Mildred and God be with you always and with those who miss you. Your spirit and steadfastness will remain with me as long as I...

Mrs. Evers-Lyles you will be forever missed and I am so sorry I waited until now to find out you passed. You were a wonderful teacher at central and you were a good person to talk to. I just want your family to know that my prayers will be with you until we meet again.
