MINNIE LOU BROWN DANIELS COX FUNERAL HOME BASTROP, LA. Minnie Lou Daniels, 70, passed away on Saturday June, 17, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center Monroe, Louisiana. Born in Jones, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Arlena Brown. She attend and graduated in 1966 from Union High School in Mer Rouge, Louisiana. She was employed at ANGUS Chemical Company in Sterlington, Louisiana and worked as a Board Operator. Minnie dearly loved working as a bus aid at Morehouse Parish School Board, in Bastrop. She was a member of St. Luke Baptist Church in Bonita, Louisiana. She enjoyed traveling, classy events, high fashion, family time, and fun- loving moments. Minnie will be mostly remembered for her caring heart, hard working background, entertaining events, abundant generosity, witty humor, and well rounded lifestyle. She is survived by her two daughters, Shuntecia A. Glosson and Fikisha Daniels. Minnie is also survived by her grandchildren, Johnathan St.Charles Daniels and Stacy Shaw II. The visitation will be held Friday June 23rd from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home 611 N. Washington St. Bastrop, Louisiana. The memorial service will be held on Saturday June 24th at 3:00 p.m. also at Cox Funeral Home with the interment at St. Luke Baptist Church Cemetery, 14163 Shuck Rd. in Bonita, Louisiana. Repast will be held at Visitor Center Bastrop, Louisiana on Saturday evening following graveside services.

So sorry to hear about Miss Minnie she would come to my mom and i's flower shop and get me to work on her jewelry for her and love for her to come visit us at the flower shop, she will be miss dearly she was a wonderful woman to be around. Minnie and her family grew up in a small town where all was treated as one big family Minnie's Aunt Bea is my aunt also. We are more like family, not just classmates . She will be missed by the townpeople of Jones and Bonita.
