Mitchell Andrew "Mike" Newman

I met Mike at a Richard Karn's Star Days golf tournament, in the Seattle area, in the late 80's. Although I lived in Kirkland and he in Portland, we had a relationship for a time.
He traveled up north and I went to Portland. We attended a friend's wedding. And had a wonderful trip to Lake Tahoe, where he showed me the restaurant he used to own.
He was s very gentle man. I am sorry I did not attempt to get in touch sooner. I am saddened by his passing.

Stephanie, Shelby, and family. We are so sorry for your loss. I never met Mike, but always remember the fond memories that you shared. I know you will miss him.

Mike was such a great part of our families life. We were blessed to become a part of his, enjoying all the follies that followed. Both my parents and bills parents called him son. Mike was godfather to both our daughters, Roxanne wright and Lauren Haberman. Mike and bill were best buds in and out of trouble year in and year out. They shared a great love. Mike will be forever in our hearts and memories. RIP our treasured friend
