To the Montford and Hardy family: I have only recently gotten to know Betty Montford in a personal way over the last 18 months, however, the impact and influence she has made in my life is amazing! After moving to Cordele from New Jersey came major life changes. I was here to care for my mother, but, I was additionally, emotionally frazzled and broken after losing my husband in death. Sister Montford became a comforter to me by being a great listener, giving excellent advice and reminders....
