Not sure what to say?

May you take comfort in the fact that god will make you firm and he will make you strong in your time of sorrow

I remember Neal Jones very well as a coworker at Tulane University Monk Simon's Fund raising office. He was a terrific person. I can't say enough about him, just a wonderful person.

Glenda I am so very sorry to hear of Neal's passing. Sending prayers and sympathy during this very difficult time. Neal was a incredibly strong man as he had certainly endured more in his lifetime than the average person. He was a warrior for sure. God bless you and your family.

Mrs. Glenda Jones and family, please accept my condolences for the loss of Neal, who made a lasting impression on me when we met on a flight from London to Cairo, Egypt in the early 80's. He was a joyful person, full of life, and ready to share his happiness with a stranger. It turned out that Neal knew my Dad, Rainey Brown, who also played football at Tulane, 10 years before Neal.

Colonel Jones has been an inspiration to me and my fellow Tulane Air Force ROTC Alumni through all these many years. He created a standard of performance, professionalism, patriotism and humility to hope to attain. That example, consciously within me for the last 45 years, has been the gift of a man and his life well lived. God Bless him and all his friends and family. Fair Skies and Following Winds, Colonel Jones!

Dear Glenda, Darla and family. We are saddened to hear of Neal's passing. Our families share so many great memories. Know our thoughts and prayers are with you and the
