Not sure what to say?

Nancy was of the most influential people in my life. She hired me as an RN at the Spokane Family Birth Center. Knowing my interest in midwifery, she mentored and encouraged me every step of the way as I became a Certified Nurse-Midwife like her. As a midwife, she was an amazing example of wisdom, kindness and unflappability. I'm thankful for the role she played in my life. My condolences to her family.

I worked with Nancy at the Spokane Family Birth Center from 1982 to 1985. She was the best boss of my lifetime - encouraging, soulful, fair. She became a lifelong friend and I will miss her. I'll remember Nancy as a "Good Mother" to hundreds of pregnant and birthing families and their children. Blessings to her extended family.

Nancy delivered my first son, and retired half-way through my pregnancy with my second son. She was so wonderful and caring during my first pregnancy and delivery that I selfishly cried when she retired. She was a beautiful person. My deepest condolences. Jill Josquin

Nancy was a blessing to our family, a perfect fit for us. Our first two children ~ Blaine and Caragh were born at the Birthing Center in the 80's. Nancy made the life of this mother (Syl) so much calmer, and our birth experiences gentle, replete with laughter, great advice, wonderful nurses, and warm memories.

Nancy was a great mentor to me and I will always admire her. All of my love to those who remember her.
