Mrs. Nancy Lee (Stull) DeHart, 60, of Molly Pitcher Highway, Marion, PA, died at 1:30 A.M., Saturday, January 31, 2009 in her home. She had been in failing health for the last three years and critically ill for the past two weeks. Born September 11, 1948 in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hanzy and Almeda (Patterson) Stull. She spent her early years in the Waynesboro area. Mrs. DeHart attended Waynesboro High School. She and her husband, Gary Lee DeHart, Sr., were married on February 28, 1969 in Leitersburg, MD and have lived at their present residence for the last thirteen years. Mrs. DeHart was employed by Lehman's Egg Service for eighteen years and was a member of Clay Hill Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter: Iris A. Humwood, Fayetteville, PA; her son: Gary L. DeHart, Jr, McConnellsburg, PA; one son-in-law; two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, one step-great grandson; five sisters: Betty McFerren, Waynesboro, Patsy Crider, Waynesboro, Goldie Scott, Waynesboro, Juanita Swartz, York, PA, Dolly Ebersole, Waynesboro; three brothers: Gene Stull, Waynesboro, Hanzy Stull, Jr., Greencastle, Ray Stull, Sr., Greencastle; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Reynolds Stull, Sr., Chancey "Tucker" Stull and Earl Stull; two infant brothers and one infant sister. Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, February 5, 2009 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad Street, Waynesboro, with Rev. Clarence DeHart officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery, Quincy. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home for their expenses.
