Rev. Nathan Norval Bartel

I first met Nate when he helped Friendship United Methodist Church with a stewardship drive, and then met him for the 2nd time when he was a Hearts Alive visitor who came to see me following my heart surgery in 2000. We shared sleep apnea in common, as well, and he arranged for me to speak at the Kiwanis Club meeting at Edward Hospital. That talk got at least one member of the Kiwanis Club diagnosed with apnea, so Nate and I did our job that evening!
