Mr Lawson was a mentor, he was a man of God, most importantly he did gods work.

Mr. Lawson was my 5th grade teacher at William J. Fischer. I often would think about some of his lessons on life he would share and make us aware of. He was one of my best teachers I had. I am so proud to have been one of his many students. I often thought of him and wanted to connect with him just to tell him how much he helped me. I now know I won't get that chance but I'll never forget some of his teaching rewards. Giving students for every 100 we received on spelling tests. I received...

May the Almighty bless and keep the family and friends of Mr. Nathaniel Lawson. I was sorry to hear of his passing. We were colleagues at William J. Fischer Elementary School. He was a hardworking and dedicated educator. May he Rest In Peace.
