Not sure what to say?

My grandpa was a great man. He was always friendly and loving with a smile on his face. Not like a typical grandpa, Grandpa Neil would help me with my cartwheels and show me flips off the diving board. He was very loving to his sweetie, my grandma and was a great example of what a husband should be. My grandpa was a friend to everyone and would go out of his way to help in any situation. I know he will be missed not only by our family, but by every person he came across. I love him and will...

Neil and I went to grade school and high school together. We had many wonderful experiences and I will always remember him and his heart warming smile. My best to his loving family.

I'm completely at a loss as to what to say to you all - I've ridden with Neil since ~1984, and he was probably one of the finest human beings I've ever come across. He never spoke an unkind word of [or to] anyone, and to the best of my recollection, never complained when it was too hot, too cold, or the hill was too steep, or too loose, or too hard to climb... He would just give it his best shot , and go for it.

To family and friends,
Neil was my friend for the last 5 years and what I say is testimony of the man I've observed. Neil was a man who acted kindly, generously and hospitably and he spoke respectfully to friends and his wife. There was never a time Neil did not show love for his wife or patience and understanding for his son. Neil also had a wonderful quality of humility, always refering to himself so humble. Neil's view on life was not filled with material desires but rather the...

My grandfather was the best man possible. He was the perfect example of what a man should be. He was loving, kind, gentle and strong in a way that you can only understand if you had the privelage of knowing him. I am forever thankfull for his influence on my life and hope to always make him proud. I love you Grandpa Kiddo!

I only rode with Neil a few times but in each of those times you could see what has already been said, I very honest, caring, solid guy with impeccable character. Ride forever Neil you are now in Gods hands.

Our most sincere condolences.

My grandpa is the best man that could've walked to face of this earth. He has done so much for me and my family and i can't even begin to explain how much i love him. He is indeed a great, strong and gentle man through body, soul and spirit. Kind of like a big teddy bear. Im am sad to know that he is not longer with us but im happy to know that he will be walking with God in heaven. i will always love my grandpa.

love forever and always,
Amber Howe his kiddo.

Neil and I lived acrossed the street from each other on Orchid Ln. in Sunnyslope. We were good friends growing up,always playing ball in the street or lifting weights in his back yard. We had alot of fun. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
