Nellie Stasiuk

Always in our hearts, always in our prayers.

I remember Nellie coming to visit my parents,Steve and Anne Abrametz at our farm in Yorkton in the mid 1970's. A few years later, my mother Anne was shopping in Winnipeg at the Bay or Eatons, and who does she meet up with on an escalator - Nellie! There was a time when my mother would join Mike and Nellie on a trip to Barbados. It so happened that my mother's luggage did not arrive and she had to borrow some of Nellie's clothes. Anne's luggage did show up the day before leaving back to...

My parents Steve and Ann Abrametz (Yorkton Sask) were very good friends with Mike and Nellie. Nellie was a bridesmaid for Ann and Steve and she was my God Mother. I was very happy to have visited Nellie in November, she was brilliant and sharp, thank you Bob for helping to arrange the visit. Our condolences to Gerald, Bob and Michael and their families

What a perfect picture! I'm so sorry for your lose Bob, Louise and Mikka. I know Bob how much she must of appreciated all your great care over these last years. I hope it gives you all comfort knowing she lived such a long and full life. Thinking of you and sending my love to you all. Kerrie xo
