Not sure what to say?

Dear friends and family of Chuck, I was a close friend of Chuck when he lived in Salado, Texas, in the early `80s. He and I were part of a small group of friends who took cooking classes together and socialized together often. Although I didn´t play golf (horrors!), we still found common ground in snow skiing and other areas. I visited him a few times while he lived in Tracy. I have been thinking of Chuck lately and decided to look him up when I saw that he had passed away in 2021. What a...

Cluster of 50 Memorial Trees

Dearest Leslie, we just learned today that Chuck has died. We are shocked and bereft and send you and the family our condolences.

we are so sorry for your loss. He was such a nice person and a great doctor and will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear this news. Chuck was a great guy . My condolences to the family

I am shocked to learn of Dr. Diakon's (Chuck) recent passing. Chuck and I were pre-med students, roommates, and fraternity brothers at Muhlenberg College: a great guy with a forever smile. Many of our fraternity brothers remained in touch with Chuck over the years and have great memories of Chuck from our college and post-college years. My sincerest condolences to Chuck's family, and may he rest in peace.

Very sorry and shocked to read this. I was a patient of Dr. Diakon. He always treated me well and was very kind. But my most favorite memory of him is when I brought my mom to him to look at a growth on her ear. My mom had dementia and was a Kaiser patient but I knew it would be difficult to get her into Kaiser so took her to Dr. Diakon and planned on just paying out of pocket. He saw the situation. Treated her. And didn't charge for the treatment. A pure act of kindness I will ALWAYS...

I am so sorry to hear of Chuck´s passing. My deepest condolences to his family. Chuck was always such a nice person with an easy smile. Remember watching him in our basketball games at Cranford High School and Prom night as king of the prom.

So very sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. I always remember him being such a great, down to earth, guy...as well as a good basketball player. Had no idea he spent so much time in the Army. He lived quite a life and touched many folks. Glad to say I knew him when he got his start in Cranford, NJ. We missed him at our 50th reunion. Condolences to his family.
